Lead session

If you have in depth expertise and passion about one or more of the leadership objectives, we would love to discuss the opportunity for you to lead the cohorts in broadening their understanding of these topics.

Expectations

Session leaders will be expected to assign program participants 2-3 hours of pre and/or post work associated with their topic/s. This could include: article assignments, book chapters, project development, or other applicable items. Planned presentations and session structure will be sent to Provider Leadership Development Committee which will review and give feedback as appropriate. All documentation and citations from evidence based practice will be submitted for CME accreditation within given timeframes. It is very important that all presentations include evidence based citations throughout the content to align with CME accreditation standards.

Sessions will be virtually presented, so a varied and engaging delivery is necessary for optimal participant engagement and learning. The committee suggests a variety of concept instruction, polling, participant engagement, breakout sessions, and other mediums of instruction. See below for an example session (this is not a required format, but an example)
